Coarse Bubble Disc Diffusers
Features :
- Jaeger Coarse Bubble Disc Diffusers model CBD 105 produces bubbles of 4-5 mm and are used in equalisation tank for Mixing
- The CBD 105 is with Silicon membrane which means it can be used for all sewage & ETP application in all industries
- The body is with 30% Glass Filled PP to give extra strength to membrane even at high flow rate
- CBD 105 membrane does not have slits means the membrane will not choke even under heavy sludge The air comes out of the Diffuser body underneath which has holes
- The connection size is R¾ “ BSPT
- The Disc diffusers can be connected to Air pipeline with Jaeger unique rubber saddle
Fine BubbleDisc Diffusers
Features :
- Jaeger Fine Bubble Disc diffusers has bubble size of 1-1.25 mm resulting in very high SOTE . If Blower sized on basis of Jaeger SOTE then smaller blower required with saving on power.
- Jaeger Disc Diffusers have double locking system to ensure membrane does not come out even at high flow rate
- The body is with 30% Glass Filled PP to give extra strength to membrane even at high flow rate
- Disc Diffusers can be installed even up to depth of 8 meters water
- The Disc diffusers can be designed at very high flow rate For example 9” Disc diffusers can be designed at 5 m3/hr and 12” Disc Diffuser can be designed at 8 m3/hr

TD - FineBubbleTube Diffuser
- Jaeger Fine Bubble Tube Diffusers gives bubble size of 1-1.25 mm. If Blower sized on basis of Jaeger SOTE then smaller blower required with saving on power.
- The PP Tube is with 30% Glass Filled PP to give extra strength to support as this it forms cantilever
- Jaeger has 65 mm dia membrane on the 63 mm dia tube This ensure that membrane fitting on tube is not very tight
- Further there are 2 groove in the PP Tube This ensures that air reaches from one end to another without squeezing the rubber and with least pressure drop. Lower pressure drop means blower sized with lower pressure resulting again in power saving
- Jaeger Tube Diffusers can be installed even up to depth of 8 meters water
