Neev Fluidex Pvt Ltd, in collaboration with its parent company Sia Engg Projects India Pvt Ltd, specializes in designing comprehensive IoT solutions tailored for the water and wastewater industry.

Neev Fluidex provides advanced Brasten sensors for monitoring critical water quality parameters such as pH, DO, COD, BOD, and Nitrate. These sensors controllers feature RS-485 MODBUS output, enabling seamless integration with controllers that display real-time data on their interfaces.

The controller interfaces directly with a PLC system. The sensor data, initially in RS-485 MODBUS format, is converted to a 4-20 mA signal for PLC input. This data is then fed into a SCADA system, which not only visualizes all parameters but also facilitates real-time data transfer to any Pollution Control Board via internet connectivity.

Furthermore, the PLC is programmed to regulate motor speeds for pumps, blowers, mixers, and other equipment via VFDs, ensuring automatic adjustment of water quality parameters to meet desired standards.
